Once an application is approved, we shortlist our favourite candidates. We then conduct interviews with all the shortlisted employees and then go from there. Our Human Resources department treats each candidate with the utmost respect as we value all the applicants. But not everyone makes the cut. If you happen to get selected for a position, you will go through an extensive training period where our cleaning specialists will teach you all basic and advanced cleaning techniques. In addition, you will also learn how to:

1. Use industrial cleaning tools for experts like pressure hoses for extra grime removal.
2. Work in a team of experts and how to divide tasks
3. Assess areas that need to be scrubbed and swept
4. Manage and handle client relations
5. Perform thorough cleanliness drives in all sorts of big and small spaces
